I still haven't gotten my withdrawal?

Rest assured, your funds are secure with us. Ensure all verification requirements are met. After we process your withdrawal, it may take 1-5 bank days for the funds to appear in your bank account or e-wallet. Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered bank days. If your withdrawal hasn't reflected in your account after this period, contact us via email with:


  • Bank Statement: A PDF of your online bank statement showing the IBAN number and all transactions from the withdrawal date.
  • E-wallet Screenshot (for Skrill, MuchBetter, Neteller withdrawals): A screenshot of your e-wallet account displaying all transactions from the withdrawal date.


Once we receive these documents, we'll escalate the matter to our payment team for investigation.
