My deposits are declining?

If your deposit attempt is declined, it may be due to various reasons. To resolve this issue, please take the following steps:

  1. Double-check that all your banking details are entered correctly in the cashier.
  2. Verify that your bank account has sufficient funds, as insufficient funds can cause a decline. Please ensure your account balance is adequate before depositing.
  3. Review and adjust your set deposit limit or online spending limit. You can manage these limits in "My Account" -> "Limits."
  •  Adjust them accordingly if needed.
